What is the GYROKINESIS® Method?

GYROKINESIS® Method is a type of yoga designed to be used inconjunction with GYROTONIC® exercise. It works the body without equipment, through a series of spiraling, waving, and undulating movements.

Connected together harmoniously through the use of breath, the postures begin to feel more like a dance than traditional yoga. The fluidity of the movements with their corresponding breathing patterns oxygenate the blood, stimulate the nervous system, and open up the energy and circulatory pathways of the body.
