Laura Hunter

Laura Hunter is a licensed PT who practiced for 30 years. Her primary experience was inpatient rehab working with clients with strokes, head injuries, and orthopedic issues. She has been working in her family business for the last 5 years but is especially interested maintaining fitness and function during middle age and beyond. "Studies are showing we are living longer but the last portion of people's lives may not be as enjoyable if they don't maintain strength, flexibility, good posture and endurance. I think Gyrotonic is the perfect solution to this issue."

Ted Hill

Ted spent his career in IT and sales but his Gyrotonic journey really started when he received serious orthopedic injuries to hips and legs at 19 yrs old. He was active and tried many exercise methods through the years to improve his fitness and flexibility with limited success. He was pointed toward Gyrotonic exercise by a Rolfer and there found a method to increase flexibility, fitness and decrease pain. He started down the road to certification in 2013 and is excited about helping others achieve their fitness goals as a certified instructor.
